Thanks to the climate conditioins and the mixture of freshwater from the Ebro River and salt water from Mediterranean Sea, the product raised in the delta del Ebro has exceptionally natural characteristics. The type of oyster raised in our land is smoked and prepared through a completely natural process so it’s ready for its direct consumption.

The production process

The production process is traditional and at the same time innovative. The main difference compared to other companies is the oyster breeding process. As you can see in the video, they are not deposited in bags to grow together; they are placed in groups of three and glued with a cement tip leaving space between them.  Leaving a space so they dont get stuck to each other and in this way it is guaranteed that the feeding and growth will be optimal and maintain quality.
